NOTICE OF APPEAL
Pursuant to RCW
34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On March 16, 2020, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Byron Cleary relating to the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 220-312-040 (Freshwater exceptions to statewide rules—Puget Sound). The Governor's Office denied the appeal on April 22, 2020.
