The Washington Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Youth board of trustees will be having a virtual special board meeting that will be open to the public on May 1, 2020, to comply with RCW 72.42.070: "The board of trustee[s] shall meet [at least] quarterly but may meet more frequently at such times as the board by resolution determines or the bylaws of the board prescribe."
