Title: Policy ES.A.3 - Minimum Hourly Wage.

Description: This policy updates the current Washington state minimum wage and directs readers to Employment Standards Administrative Policy ES.C.6.2 for further guidance on requirements for agricultural piece-rate workers. Updates arise from the recent Carranza v. Dovex Fruit Company Washington State Supreme Court ruling where the court decided issues concerning agricultural piece-rate workers.
