Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 260-49-070 Distribution of source market fees.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 67.16.020.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: To review and amend the percentage splits from source market fees received. This may be necessary to ensure the agency revenue is adequate to regulate live racing due to the COVID-19 shutdown of simulcast wagering.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
