NOTICE OF APPEAL
Pursuant to RCW
34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On May 21, 2020, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Andrea Schmitt of the Columbia Legal Services, relating to the Washington State Department of Health's and Washington State Department of Labor & Industries' denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 246-358-002 and WAC 296-307-16102. The Governor's Office denied the appeal on May 27, 2020.
