WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY

Pursuant to RCW 34.05.314, the following is Washington State University's semi-annual agenda for WAC rules under development for the period of July 1 through December 31, 2020. Additional rule-making activity not now anticipated may also be added as conditions warrant between semi-annual agendas.

1. Chapter 504-24 WAC, Policies and regulations for student living groups, rule-making amendments to the rule regarding the undergraduate housing requirement in WAC 504-24-030. Emergency rules filed on June 30, 2020. Anticipate filing the proposal (CR-102) for permanent rules in September 2020.

2. Chapter 504-26, Standards of conduct for students; and chapter 504-04 WAC, Practice and procedure, rule-making amendments to the university's student conduct processes. Anticipate filing emergency rules in mid-August 2020. Anticipate filing the proposal (CR-102) for permanent rules in early December 2020.
