NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

BELLINGHAM TECHNICAL COLLEGE

The Bellingham Technical College board of trustees will hold a special meeting on Thursday, July 30, 2020, 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Attendees will participate via Zoom https://btc-tech.zoom.us/j/98666414566. The purpose is to review and adopt emergency WAC procedures concerning new Title IX regulations, pursuant to RCW 28B.50.140(13) and WAC 131-12-050 (4), (5). The board will recess into executive session to review the performance of a public employee (RCW 42.30.110 [(1)](g)) and to discuss with legal counsel potential litigation (RCW 42.30.110 [(1)] (i)).
