WITHDRAWAL OF

This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is withdrawing the CR-101 for chapter 246-322 WAC, Private psychiatric and alcohol hospitals, and chapter 246-324 WAC, Private alcohol and chemical dependency hospitals, which was filed September 14, 2016, and published in WSR 16-19-037.

The department is withdrawing this CR-101 because it is several years out of date and conditions have changed. The department recently filed a new CR-101 as WSR 20-14-108 that better reflects current policy priorities.
