This notifies the public that the sixty day comment period for the Draft PFAS CAP will begin on October 7, 2020, when this notice is published in the Washington State Register. The comment period will end on December 7, 2020.

The draft PFAS CAP is available on the ecology website at https://fortress.wa.gov/ecy/publications/summarypages/2004035.html.

During the comment period, ecology will hold public comment webinars on the following dates and times: November 12, 2 p.m., November 18, 6 p.m., and November 19, 2 p.m.

The public can register to attend and provide comments at these sessions on the PFAS CAP website https://www.ezview.wa.gov/?alias=1962&pageid=37105.

Ecology will also accept written comments on the draft. Comments must be received by December 7, 2020, to be considered. Submit comments using one of the following methods:

Online: Use the online comment form at http://hwtr.ecology.commentinput.com/?id=j4eJD, send an email to ChemActionPlans@ecy.wa.gov.
