Subject of Possible Rule Making: The Evergreen State College Student conduct code, chapter 174-123 WAC.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.40.120.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Update our student rules to be in compliance with new Title IX federal regulations from the Department of Education.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: United States Department of Education.

Process for Developing New Rule: Submit written comments by December 1, 2020.
