Subject of Possible Rule Making: This rule making relates to recommendations from the professional growth workgroup.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 28A.410 RCW.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The professional growth workgroup is a group of stakeholders reviewing and making recommendations on professional learning growth options across the career continuum. Rule making resulting from this workgroup would relate to increased coherence, clarity, and alignment with standards.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
