In compliance with the governor's extension of Proclamation 20-28 requiring a change from a physical meeting location to a virtual meeting, the regular scheduled meeting on December 9, 2020, of the board of trustees of Community College District 27, state of Washington, 3000 Fourth Street, Renton, WA, is canceled. Instead, a special virtual meeting will be scheduled, with no physical meeting location. A closed executive session is scheduled at 2:00 p.m. for the purposes of evaluating public employees. The remaining special meeting agenda matters will begin at 3:00 p.m. (via Zoom). Therefore, attendees who only want to observe/hear the open meeting agenda items should join the meeting at 3:00 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT:All board meetings include an opportunity for public comment, and the agenda for this meeting will not differ, providing for public comment via Zoom, phone or emailed in advance of the meeting to the board secretary at dbeers@rtc.edu.
