In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: Public Comment Notice for Proposed Developmental Disabilities Administration Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver Amendments on Common Reporting Language.

Subject: Basic plus, core, community protection, children's intensive in-home behavioral support HCBS waiver amendments are available for thirty days of public comment from January 20, 2021, through February 20, 2021.

Effective Date: January 20, 2021.

Document description: DDA within DSHS, in cooperation with the health care authority, is posting for thirty days of public comment amendments for the basic plus, core, community protection, and children's intensive in-home behavioral support waivers. The amendments add common reporting language left off of approved waivers by mistake during the 2017 waiver renewals. The proposed waive[r] amendments are available at https://www.dshs.wa.gov/dda.
