34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On April 7, 2021, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Phillip H. Hoffman, relating to the Washington Secretary of State's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 434-215-165 (Presidential nominations by major political parties), WAC 434-215-170 (Filing qualifications), WAC 434-215-180 (Write-in candidates), WAC 434-215-012 (Declaration of candidacy), WAC 434-219-120 (Certification of candidates).
