RECISSION OF EMERGENCY RULES

LIQUOR AND CANNABIS

The Washington state liquor and cannabis board is rescinding its emergency rule, WAC 314-55-1055 requiring the disclosure of all ingredients used in the production of marijuana concentrates for inhalation and marijuana extracts, filed on January 6, 2021, as WSR 21-02-095.

This rule was adopted on February 17, 2021, as WSR 21-05-075, and became effective March 20, 2021.
