DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY

Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.

Purpose: Ecology is repealing the entire chapter 173-04 WAC, Practice and procedure. Review indicated that it was no longer needed, as more contemporary rules and laws have replaced this chapter.
