Subject of Possible Rule Making: Health care sharing ministries.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The commissioner is considering adopting rules relating to the exemption for health care sharing ministries (HCSM) found in RCW
48.43.009 and the sale of HCSM plans by licensed producers.
Process for Developing New Rule: Submit comments by September 15, 2021.
