| • | Procedures for full commission and brief enforcement proceedings, chapter 390-37 WAC. The current enforcement rules should be evaluated for possible improvements to the processes of determining the authority and penalties in brief enforcement proceedings, and the review and reconsideration of initial and full commission decisions. |
| • | Commercial advertiser rules regarding digital political advertising, WAC 390-18-150. The development of rules related to digital advertising would continue the work of the public disclosure commission over the past two years analyzing the digital advertising market and how best to serve the public interest in transparency of political advertising through digital media. |
