Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On July 22, 2021, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Jeannie Fissinger, relating to the Department of Social and Health Services denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 388-97-1160 (Relating to dietary personnel). The Governor's Office denied the appeal on August 18, 2021.
