INTERPRETIVE STATEMENT ISSUED

The department of revenue has issued the following excise tax advisory (ETA):

ETA 3227.2021 Taxability of Salmon Recovery Grants Received by Nonprofit Organizations

This ETA addresses the business and occupation and retail sales tax consequences for nonprofit organizations that receive salmon recovery grants.
