Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.35.120(12).

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Update Eastern Washington University's (EWU) student conduct code to revise the procedures for Title IX hearings.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
