WITHDRAWAL OF

PREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY

The department of labor and industries (L&I) is withdrawing the CR-101 Preproposal statement of inquiry regarding the pension discount rate, chapter 296-14 WAC, Pension tables, pension discount rate and mortality tables, WAC 296-14-8810, filed on August 17, 2021, and published under WSR 21-17-116.

We will be filing a new CR-101 to include additional changes to the pension discount rate.
