In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: Public notice.

Subject: COPES Waiver Amendment (WA.0049).

Effective Date: July 1, 2022.

Document Description: The agency intends to submit an amendment to the community options program entry system waiver to reflect the following change: The service definition of home delivered meals will be expanded to allow an additional service delivery option of home delivered meals sent to clients via mail in addition to the option of in-person delivery. The amendment will remove the face-to-face visit requirement for all home delivered meals.
