Subject of Possible Rule Making: Law enforcement officers' and firefighters' (LEOFF) Plan 1 minimum medical and health standards.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 41.50.050.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Minimum medical and health standards for establishing membership in LEOFF Plan 1 prior to October 1, 1977, are no longer necessary.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
