Subject of Possible Rule Making: The department is considering rule changes for the methods of harvest and the restriction regulations required during hunting seasons.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Amendments are needed to provide clarification to rules related to methods of take and restrictions related to possession of harvested wildlife during the hunting seasons.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
