Pursuant to RCW 34.05.314, the following is Washington State University's semi-annual agenda for WAC rules under development for the period of January 1 through June 30, 2021. Additional rule-making activity not now anticipated may also be added as conditions warrant between semi-annual agendas.

1. Chapter 504-26 WAC, Standards of conduct for students, rule-making amendment to the university's standards of conduct for students regarding evidence at conduct hearings. Anticipate filing CR-102 for permanent rules on January 5, 2022, with adoption of permanent rules on March 11, 2022.
