WAC 194-24-180
To create new effective date for our water heater energy efficiency standards.
We currently have an emergency rule in place to delay the effective date for our water heater energy efficiency standards due to supply chain issues. We are examining the need to extend that delay, and are exploring possible rule-making options to do so. That might include issuing a CR-101 to start a new rule making on it, but we have not made the decision to do so.
