This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is withdrawing the following policy and interpretive statements:

WSR 19-18-027 filed on August 28, 2019. Titled: "Clinical supervision" for Mental Health Professionals working in Behavioral Health Agencies licensed under chapter 246-341 WAC. Interpretive Statement Number: CHS-08-27-19.

WSR 19-20-064 filed on September 26, 2019. Titled: Deeming Process for Tribal Behavioral Health Agency Licensure. Policy Statement Number: CHS-09-23-19.

WSR 20-15-100 filed on July 15, 2020. Titled: Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist working in Behavioral Health Agencies licensed under chapter 246-341 WAC. Policy Statement Number: CHS-07-01-20.

The department is withdrawing these policy and interpretive statements because they have been incorporated into permanent rule in chapter 246-341 WAC by WSR 21-12-042 and the policy and interpretive statements are no longer needed.
