This memo serves as notice that the board of naturopathy (board) is withdrawing the policy statement for Enforcement of AIDS Education and Training Rules (BON 20-02), which was filed July 31, 2020, and published in WSR 20-16-118.

The department is withdrawing this policy statement because the rule requirements in WAC 246-836-410 and chapter 246-12 WAC, Part 8 were repealed to comply with ESSB 1551 (chapter 76, Laws of 2020). This policy statement is no longer needed.
