POLICY STATEMENT

This memo serves as notice that the podiatric medical board (board) is withdrawing the policy statement for Enforcement of AIDS Education and Training Rules (PMB 20-52), which was filed August 25, 2020, and published in WSR 20-18-020.

The board is withdrawing this policy statement because the rule requirements in WAC 246-922-070 and chapter 246-12 WAC, Part 8 were repealed to comply with ESHB 1551 (chapter 76, Laws of 2020). This policy statement is no longer needed.
