Purpose: Both of these rule chapters are being repealed because they are not required to be codified regulations in the Washington Administrative Code.

Citation of Rules Affected by this Order: Repealing chapter 132J-160 WAC, Refund of tuition and special course/program connected fees; and chapter 132J-164 WAC, Buckley Family Education Rights and Privacy Act policy.

Statutory Authority for Adoption: The rules specified are being repealed under chapter 34.05 RCW and RCW 28B.50.140.
