CANCELLATION OF INTERPRETIVE STATEMENT
The department of revenue has cancelled the following excise tax advisory (ETA):
ETA 3110.2009 Cost Apportionment—Treatment of Costs Incurred for Multiple Purposes
This ETA provides guidance on cost apportionment. This ETA is being cancelled because the cost apportionment methodology is not available in Washington as of June 1, 2010.
