CANCELLATION OF INTERPRETIVE STATEMENT

The department of revenue has cancelled the following excise tax advisory (ETA):

ETA 3153.2009 Road Construction—Contractors Applying Sand, Gravel and Rock Retail Sales Tax—Use Tax

This ETA addresses the interpretation of public road construction and use tax valuation. This ETA is being cancelled because the matter it addresses is covered by WAC 458-20-112.
