Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo (PCM) 22-003: Attaching Proceeds From a Legal Claim, Settlement, or Lawsuit.

Subject: DCS PCM 22-003.

Effective Date: April 21, 2022.

Document Description: This PCM explains how RCW 26.23.037 and WAC 388-14A-4900 require insurance companies to report legal claims, settlements, and lawsuits to the office of child support enforcement, the child support lien network, or DCS, effective January 1, 2022.
