NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS
WASHINGTON MATERIALS MANAGEMENT
AND FINANCING AUTHORITY

The Washington materials management and financing authority (WMMFA) would like to publish the schedule for regularly held board meetings for calendar year 2022. All regular meetings of the board of directors of the authority will be held on the third Thursday of every other month, beginning in January. Therefore, in 2022, regular meetings will be held:

| November 17 |
Due to the pandemic, all meetings are held virtually via conference call at 9:30 a.m. If in-person board meetings can be held safely, members are invited to attend them by phone or at our office at WMMFA, 4900 9th Avenue N.W., Suite 206, Seattle, WA 98107, wmmfa.net, office 206-706-5599, cell 206-850-7383. This letter is normally sent prior to the start of the calendar year. Due to a miscommunication, this letter is being sent late. Going forward, this letter will be sent prior to the start of the calendar year.
