Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On May 19, 2022, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Dylan Moore, relating to the Secretary of States denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 434-208-160(3) (Online Information – Ballots). The Governor's Office denied the appeal on June 28, 2022.
