Title: Policy 5.61 – Determining Eligibility for Time-Loss Benefits When a Vocational Employability Determination is Disputed.

Description: The amended policy clarifies when an adjudicator should and shouldn't pay time-loss benefits based on the status of a vocational dispute with the vocational dispute resolution office to an employability determination.

Title: Policy 65.02 – Waivers of Penalty and Interest.
Date Issued: June 1, 2022.
Description: The amended policy is adding levels of approval in the collections program on waivers/adjustments being made on customer accounts for revenue agents, account managers, retrospective rating enrollment coordinators, and supervisors to provide consistent standard work. Collections is also notifying managers and others departments of waivers being requested, to avoid duplication of waivers and document approvals/denials granted.
