AGENDA
OFFICE OF
ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS
[Filed July 27, 2022, 11:22 a.m.]
State legislature requires each state agency to prepare a semi-annual agenda of any rules that may be under development (see RCW
34.05.314). The office of administrative hearings (OAH) is a state agency that hears and independently resolves disputes between the public and other state agencies. At OAH, we encourage the public to be involved in shaping the rules that govern our society. You can get involved by attending public hearings, submitting written comments, or both.
The agenda below briefly describes changes that we anticipate making to OAH rules. This agenda is filed with the office of the code reviser for publication in the Washington State Register. The agenda is also available on our website at https://oah.wa.gov/Content-Area-Management/Rule-Making-Hub/Rulemaking-Activities.
If you have any questions regarding rules or rule making, please contact Rules Coordinator, Barb Cleveland, at 360-407-2700 or at rulemaking@oah.wa.gov.
