Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On August 9, 2022, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Jacob Kellogg, requesting to amend WAC 246-915-182 (4 – 5) (Unprofessional Conduct - Physical Therapist). The Governor's Office denied the appeal on September 8, 2022.
