Withdrawal of Interpretive Statement Number: INS2018-01

This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is withdrawing the interpretive statement for physician assistants' use of DEA waiver for buprenorphine, which was filed June 26, 2018, and published in WSR 18-14-022.

The department is withdrawing this interpretive statement because it is being replaced by new interpretive statement INS2022-01.
