Description: The health care authority (HCA) intends to submit an application to continue the 1915(b) waiver program. The new waiver will replicate the current waiver, with a few technical updates, which include references to new services that have been added to the state plan since the waiver was originally written. This application will allow HCA to continue to authorize enrollment into the behavioral health services only program for individuals who are not mandatorily enrolled in integrated managed care. These remaining enrollees will continue to receive physical health medical services through other delivery systems, such as HCA's fee-for-service system, medicare, or primary care case management.
