Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 332-150-030 Filing and recording fees for survey maps.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 58.24.070.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The existing rule is being modified to revise the filing and recording fee to appropriately fund the public land survey office (PLSO) surveys and maps program within the department.

Process for Developing New Rule: Full rule-making process.
