This memo serves as notice that the department of health, board of psychology (board) is withdrawing the interpretive statement titled Examining Board of Psychology - Extra Practicum Hours May Qualify As Preinternship Hours. Interpretive Statement Number: PY-05-15-09.2, which was filed August 12, 2009, and published in WSR 09-17-047.

The board is withdrawing this policy statement because it has been superseded by permanent rule amendments to chapter 246-924 WAC, Psychologists. There is no longer a need for the policy statement.
