This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is withdrawing the policy statement Completion Dates for Continuing Education in Suicide Assessment, Treatment, and Management as it Applies to Psychologists. Policy Number: DOH-HSQA-2014-002, which was filed December 18, 2014, and published in WSR 15-01-108.

The department is withdrawing this policy statement because it has been superseded by permanent rule amendments to chapter 246-924 WAC, Psychologists. There is no longer a need for the policy statement.
