34.05.230, following are statements regarding four amended policies, issued by the department of labor and industries (L&I) fraud prevention and labor standards division.

Title: Policy 91.24 – Audit Time Period for State Fund.
Date Issued: November 1, 2022.
Description: The amended policy removed the word "expanded" because it implies the period was altered at some point during the audit process.

Title: Policy 91.50 – Unregistered Employer—Penalty.
Date Issued: November 1, 2022.
Description: The amended policy removed the maximum penalties and procedural steps. SHB 2409, 2020 legislative session, changed the dollar amounts for penalties assessed by L&I to be updated every three years based on the consumer price index.
