Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 172-118 WAC, Recreational equipment.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.35.120(12).

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Add language prohibiting the charging of lithium-ion-powered scooters in residence hall facilities.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
