Retiree return to work limits for retirees from public employees' retirement system (PERS), TRS, and school employees' retirement system (SERS) return to work option: To support the implementation of HB [ESHB] 1699 from the 2022 legislative session, which allows individuals who retired from PERS, TRS, or SERS to have additional opportunities to work for a school district for up to 1,040 hours per school year until July 1, 2025, while still receiving pension benefits.
