Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.
Purpose: The department is repealing WAC 388-437-0015 Good cause extension of Social Security number (SSN) requirement for basic food applicants during COVID-19. The federal COVID-19 flexibility waiver that authorized this WAC expired September 30, 2022.
