Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: To provide additional clarification and guidance regarding benefit indexing for public employees' retirement system Plan 3, school employees' retirement system Plan 3, teachers' retirement system Plan 3, and law enforcement officers' and firefighters' Plan 2.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
