REPEAL OF POLICY STATEMENT

CI-21-0002 - Incorporating changes from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Final Ruleinto the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) Hemp Program

WSDA repeals Policy Statement CI-21-0002. Notification of the policy statement was filed with the office of the code reviser on September 29, 2021 (WSR 21-20-061).

Since the changes from USDA final rule have been incorporated into chapter 16-306 WAC, Hemp program, and the delay in the Drug Enforcement Agency registration for hemp testing laboratories is superseded by Policy Statement CI-23-0001, this policy statement is no longer necessary and should be repealed.
